LEEMORE & ASSOCIATES Real Estate Appraisers & Consultants Ltd. is a medium size residential Real Estate appraisal company that has been in practice since 1994 and officially established in 1997. The company is situated in Coquitlam and offers a full range of residential appraisal services throughout the Lower Mainland and the Fraser Valley.

All of our appraisers are members of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) as well as several members of the Real Estate Institute of BC (RI). Our Appraisers hold professional designations of AACI P.App (Accredited Appraiser of the Canadian Institute,) or CRA (Canadian Residential Appraiser) or are working towards these designations.
